The way ebay has it worded, 4 stars sounds pretty darn close to perfect, but as a seller, if I don't average higher than 4.9 stars, I could lose selling privileges.
Please take this into account when leaving the Shipping Handling, Item As Described, Shipping time stars and leave a 5 across the board
